Evangelist Kent York will be preaching beginning in the 9:00 a.m. Bible Study, 10:00 a.m. worship service and the 6:00 p.m. evening service.

Kent York and his wife Julie make up the evangelistic team of Ignite Ministries. Kent is a 1980 graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. He and his family travel the world speaking in revivals, camps, conferences, and crusades. He pastored churches for 18 years in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Borger, Texas, and Berryville, Arkansas. Called to preach at the age of 17, he preached his first revival meeting at the age of 18.  Kent has an ongoing perfect attendance record, now over 49 years, never missing one Sunday service in his life. Using a mixture of humor and poignant truth, the Word of God comes alive every service in his messages – to ignite and challenge the Church family!  Julie, an accomplished soloist, sings to prepare hearts before every message.  Kent and Julie have five children: A. J., 26, and his wife Brooke attend Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. and serve as children’s pastor at Graceway Baptist Church.  Ben, 24, and his wife Ashley are the youth pastors at Bible Baptist Church in Chickasha, OK.  Caleb, 21, and his wife Amanda attend Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Mo.  Daniel, 20, is a sophomore at Baptist Bible College.  Elizabeth, 13, travels with Kent and Julie and plays a vital role in Ignite Ministries.
